1. Regular License Purchase:  Refunds for regular license products are available within 2 days from the date of purchase.
2. Extended License Products: Refunds for extended license products are available within 7 days from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@codiware.xyz with your order details and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and, if it meets our refund criteria, process your refund accordingly.

Please note the following:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Refunds may take up to 3 working days to be processed.
• Refunds are subject to approval and may be denied if the product has been used or if the refund request is made outside of the specified refund window.
